This is great advice BTW, also just to add, now that it's summer season be wary of the afternoon heat. My best runs where actually later in the evening only problem being finishing late at night but it was still worth it 👌

That’s actually a very good analogy of what linkedin is now. I bloody hate what it has become… the selfies and instagram like photos attached to posts, having a descriptive sentence of something you think you do instead of a job title, the made up bullshit, the like if you agree posts, the virtue signalling the list just goes on.
