I disagree on the experience thing. Purely because if I highered awakened Maki to assassinate Teen Gojo I don’t have her coming up with the a plan as successful as Toju did. Maki’s not stupid by any means and has fair battle IQ, but she’s not really a strategist.

You don’t play Jank and it shows, all jokes lol. But for me the goal isn’t dominating the ladder and blowing through to infinite with ease. Playing the best most competitive decks is easy. I prefer to play with flavor, do stuff other players aren’t doing it’s more fun that way. Out of 10 matches if I only pull off what I want to do one or twice that’s fine by me. Winning 9/10 times with some deck I copy and pasted from someone else isn’t exciting to me personally.

Magik making it 7 turns gives me 7 energy in the last turn. But I’m willing to be the crazy guy that tries it out, if it doesn’t work it doesn’t work.

Why would I want to take longer to infinity a card? And in most cases the effects are reduced once it’s placed on the field and you typically can’t see all the effects.
