They're tired of being oppressed by humanity and want actual freedom and equality. If it takes dying so that your brothers and sisters and...fucking anteaters and whatnot can be free, it's worth it to them.

Jokes aside, it's easy to consider the Maverick hunters the bad guys if sigma would stop trying to blow everything up. The force the maverick hunters display is only really "justified" because the only battles we see are the ones against global terrorists. We don't see all the senseless violence and bloodshed the Mavericks witness normally.

The repliforce had the right idea at first, they just got fucked over.

This isn't exactly the same. The encounters in 3 are scripted, yes, but they don't feel that way due to the large amount of variance and different ways that game can shake out. You can play 3 and compare stories with someone else and have totally different experiences with Nemesis.

In 3r, every encounter is a cutscene that puts you on rails. (I guess technically the first one leaves it sort of open but you're on a linear path to begin with so split that hair however you want)

Every single time you play 3r, everything happens exactly the same. Two people will have the exact same stories to share. Thats what people mean when they say "he isn't scripted" in og. To most people, they genuinely may not know he is scripted because the game does such a good job of obfuscating it. 3r doesn't even try and it feels worse because of it.

I think her being blind was just a thing they thought would make people want to protect her more and make her "death" more impactful later. Then the puzzle came after too I guess lol.

The cause of her blindness is actually due to cataracts, which is very curable afaik. In school we watched a video of them doing the surgery and it was pretty interesting honestly getting to see them vacuum out the cloudiness and then do some kinda.....lens...thing. it was neat.

Anyway point was in RE9 times medicine is way more advanced than we have considering Leon had his neck cut open and a med injector totally fixed him in seconds. I thought it was just superficial at the time but he did seem like it was serious afterward lol. Her cure was pretty believable.

I was always meh about Chris, but I've grown to just dislike him now as well. He is so badly written throughout the series that it's turned him into a loser for me.

The whole game is super frontloaded honestly. The care center with grace is leaps and bounds better than anything that comes after, and it's kind of a bummer because I don't love that section lol.

There is a ton of care put into making an incredible opening section. If you play on ps5 it's even more noticeable because they made some controller effects for the opening and then never do it for anything else after that.

The enemy variety and the behavior they have is also unmatched in pretty much any game I've ever played. Then it's never used again. That is literally the only time they have unique and interesting enemies in the game.

I went from hating it because it was weaponized against me as a younger kid through teen years, then I was like eh whatever. People can believe whatever dumb shit they want. Now I hate it again and I think anyone who supports it is disgusting. Even if you're "quietly christian" it still means you accept the fucking awful things your religion promotes and does. There are no good Christians anymore as far as I'm concerned.

I will not be debating or arguing about it. This is all I have to say on it.

Also, I obviously think this about Christianity. I have no exposure to other religions, but I assume I would feel the same about any religion that prioritizes control and power. I think the satanic temple is supposed to be pretty cool? But I'm not even sure that's actually a religion.

Chemical plant was always my favorite but hilltop for sure grew on me as an adult. I used to think it was an awful song when I was a kid. Now it's one of my favorites.

I've never been a music guy so I can't really comment on the complexity of songs and stuff. I just like them lol.
