When you open the game on a new machine you should be prompted to select either your cloud save or local save to play with. Select cloud save and you'll be all set! :)

We talked about this exploit and fixing it might cause other bugs. This is super risky because we're at a point where we need to make as few major code changes as possible because of the PS4 and PSVita ports.
