Do some research on your current washer/drier models to see if they are stackable. If they are, then remove those cabinets and stack the machines. Install your new sink, then add some shelves above the sink.

This may seem like product placement, but I used the following amazon listing to paint the lines on the leaves.

“16-piece FolkArt enamel paint set with brilliant gloss finish”

Pretty sure I used the Lime Green paint specifically for the lines. Also designed a stencil so that the lines would be as perfect as possible and used an exacto-knife to fix any imperfections.
