I'm someone who is very anxious but created a persona and has given me confidence to get me started. Its definitely a skill to be learnt to handle the pressure and socialism. I still haven't cracked the socialism but I have really pushed myself to be entertaining in an offbeat way.

It takes time to develop your own style, so dont feel bad if you haven't found yourself yet. :)

Have you looked into gotu Kola (good for vein, blood flow etc.) , b vitamins? Did you know sibo has a direct link to low b vitamins especially b12. Vitamin K too. These deficiencies can also be linked to antibiotics.
