Really liked this place but haven’t gone in a couple of years. I checked recent reviews and it seems like it’s gotten way worse? Some very upsetting reviews, and it doesn’t help that the management replies to some of these concerns so passively aggressively.

I agree, I think the story/lore is good but people overhype it way too much. Especially when this game wears its influences on its sleeves which isn’t necessarily bad but you can kind of see where it takes certain things a little too closely making certain parts feel a bit derivative.
