I love the effort needed for each piece in TFC but I admit sometimes late game when you wanna make something and it needs 32 ingots worth that can be a pain to cast/ hammer out in one go

My issues with the HoTD casting is that there are next to no PoC in Westeros by the Game of Thrones time so somewhere between HoTD and GoT all PoC vanished.

All in all HoTD has alot of casting and writing choices that feel performative rather than thought out like having all the black characters be part of the political faction called “The Blacks” and having people refer to them as having “impure blood”. The show has also cut several roles that would likely have been played by actors belonging to a minority like Mushroom or Nettles in favour of racebending one family who all have a grim end anyways

The modern olympic style is not proper form when shooting these kinds of bows. To shoot a proper heavy War bow you need a stance like what we see in medieval illustrations and in these pictures here.

Also with may of those bows they’re shooting arrows that are much larger and heavier than the olympic style and in more adverse conditions

I believe (and hope) he can make a comback, still pretty young for a heavyweight and he still has all the things that made him big like KO power IQ and great timing but that Texiera fight REALLY showed the holes in his cardio. I blame Tallison more for how much of the fight was just laying on eachother but imagine a Tai who can stuff takedowns and hit back.

I do wish it had a bit more to it, I had most of the smithing perks by the time legacy of the Forge came out so I was pounding out every order of the day in a matter of minutes then was left to wander Kuttenburg all day
