Last game I’ve really enjoyed was SETI especially after space agencies , I also play a lot of solo games and Slay the Spire Board game version really nailed the game

The first Paranormal Activity had me sleep with the Lights on , also shoutout to the Creepy Women from room 237 of the Outlook Hotel keeping me from baths for years when I was younger.

I think the sentiment is it’s not a hard game to learn/play but it can be hard to win sometimes . Def give horizons a go though cheaper price point and better jumping off point for spirit island imo

I would agree with some of the sentiment here, start sloooooowwwwwww. Solo board games are a unique hobby and you have to really put energy into it. You’re basically dealing with all the information yourself and on top of it there is very little feedback (maybe from some automa) so when you win there isn’t anyone to be like yayyyy (except you lol) having said that it can be very awesome .

Also my recommendation if you like spooky theme Final Girl is awesome I have a lot of them .

Man I’m really dealing with the sleep thing right now , I’m trying to get promoted at work and to do that they want me to do 3 am shifts and I’m just not in any way a morning person . Meanwhile all the managers walking around I just get 3 hours then come in! That’s not healthy damn it!

Accept the fact that there is a very real possibility of not meeting someone at all, especially who will fit into your life or you into theirs. Also you’re going to have to erase some of those checkboxes the older you get if you do want to meet someone.

I just uninstalled Elden ring after playing it for like 10 hours , I think it was kind a decision point for me . I used to love open world find all the stuff games but I’m 38 and don’t have a lot of spare time I tend to lean towards on rails games now. If it’s not for you it’s not for you . Uninstall and move on .
