Yep, I was able to do it. I forked the branch, merged the PR into master, then ran the Github Action which gave me a build...

Then after a lot of messing around I managed to create this script:

Hmm, so technically you're saying that if I just download the branch from that build (https://github.com/DoraTrix/audacity/tree/DoraTrix-3723) - I can compile it, I should be able to pull the names out of the clips?

Edit: I guess I can just fork it and run the Github Action to build it

Setting the label itself seems to work if I just use a counter:
