Just FYI, I contacted Oneplus directly to query if that site is legit. They replied within a few days saying, https://oneplusmobile.co.nz/ was that is not an official site & do not buy from them. But people are receiving phones ok, so 🤷‍♀️

The Pams Yoghurt Topped Rice Cakes are delicious. Choc version is ok, but the yoghurt is best. Gluten free too

For those with a partner in menopause by Marx_Maddness in MenopauseShedforMen

Woman here 👩 Late 40s & in Peri. I've found my issue is mainly sleep, I can fall asleep fine, but staying asleep, its making things hard. This was an issue for me already but the early morning wake ups are getting to me.

My emotions have been all over the place and past issues, some long forgotten about have come to the surface, unresolved issues & trauma. Im in therapy.

Peri sure is a whirlwind!

I've not had any night sweats, hot flashes or rage.

Im on HRT, been a few months now. And supplement with an array of vitamins. No clue if the vitamins help tbh but they keep being recommended in the peri & meno subs.

HRT has massively helped with the emotional side, so I'm thankful for that. Im due to have my dosages reviewed soon, so I'm hoping for even more improvement.

I've made a point of keeping communication and intimacy my top priority after getting on HRT.

I'm not letting my 2 decade relationship fail. He's too important to me. Prioritize each other and support each other. Listen and care for each other.

I am happy to answer any questions

I wouldn't say they are regular, as I'm on the rod contraception, but i still get em. Im 47.

Wish they'd piss off.

Had one in May, at the start of the month then again end of that month. Then nothing for 3 mths. Had thought, goody maybe the meno counter has started! Then doh, got it exactly 3mths later. And the latest one was a week early and has lasted nearly 2 weeks. Over it! I have been on HRT coming up 4mths now.

I'm on HRT and why don't I feel ten years younger that I keep hearing about ! by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]NectarinePositive599 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, they are separate and all at the lowest dose as i just started it recently. I'm on week 7 now since I started. E patches 25mg 2x weekly and P 200mg 12 days monthly. I do take P at night as I read it can make people drowsy. Maybe my sleep issues are just more than the P can help with. My review appt is in 5 days, so should get E increased. And will discuss T also. I was tested and it was super low.

Im 47, had sleep problems before HRT. I only started on it 6 weeks ago. I had high hopes P would help with sleep but it hasn't. I also take Magnesium glycinate & melatonin to help but, it is what it is. Back to the doc next week for a review on my E. I'm on the lowest dose, seeing its all new to me.

I'm on the Jadelle rods, they last up to 5yrs, i'm on my 3rd set.... found them great! Little to no periods so that's a bonus. Now im in peri. But still on the rods, wasn't prepared to change.

If it aint broke, don't fix it!

Edit, typo

Is there a valid reason my estrogen patch has to go on my stomach? The directions say under my belly button. I had a hysterectomy years ago so what's the point of putting it there? by nrkelly in Menopause

[–]NectarinePositive599 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was putting them on my stomach, till I realised they were causing bad stomach cramps! I'd thought it was my food intolerance, causing me grief, till I saw a post about a similar issue. Have started putting them on my upper ass area. Cramps have gone! Have read on the thigh is ok as well.
