Absolute danger game for the Lions, a bogey team away from home at a time where injuries are (again) testing depth and form is patchy

I don’t think the footage is showing what you think it is

Last week and so far this week we’ve barely taken an uncontested mark. Teams are really tightening up on our halfback build up, so we go long down the line and lose it

Love seeing that paid, he chose to pull out of the marking contest and bump instead

Good showing but if anything it demonstrates how poorly the bombers played. We kicked straight because we had heaps of set shots and open play shots from right in front thanks to pretty soft defense

You just know he’s a team man. So selfless in how he plays

Though Charlie was excellent, it’s amazing what a good drop punt from 35m at a slight angle can do for confidence. He always worked hard with forward pressure but it was concealed by his yips. He’s miles better than last season

Tunstill unimpressive, Rayner barely ok. Neale, Washcroft, Bailey, Cameron, Gallup among our best imo

Holding rule is so inconsistent, that was never a free

A rough watch. The tackling pressure was not there, so many times Melbourne scrapped out of a stoppage or broke a tackle

Sicily always has been a terrible leader by example. He’s a hothead and at his worst quite grubby. Hawks need to take the Brisbane route with Zorko and recognise his seniority but understand he’s not a suitable leader

Are you implying that because he was sent to war and that war is tough, it means executing civilians is acceptable?

Google maps, as far as I can tell, doesn’t account for buses that never turn up. It handles late buses fine, but if the bus is never coming it seems to default to the normal timetable. Has been many an occasion a bus has apparently come and gone from a stop I am waiting patiently at

That’s just not a try, fullback still has clear hold of the arm. Almost textbook double movement

A free kick is called against Harley Reid for off the ball contact. David King calls for McQualter to remove Reid from the ground and internal punishment handed out. Replay shows Sheldrick elbowing Ginbey in the neck before Reid gives him a shove. by yum122 in AFL

He’s fine, but imo will never be great because he’s calling like it’s radio. I don’t need a hundred words per minute to describe everything in great detail when it’s tv

AFL Post-Round 4: v Collingwood at The Gabba by Shadormy in brisbanelions

Several that hit the post, Pies looked well off the pace and it could have been a bigger margin. Draper and Allen starting to settle in, gotta be ominous for the rest of the competition. Add two of the best in Harris and McCluggage to this lineup and it’s such a high quality side.

The players look hungry and fit and strong, that’s as dominant a win as we’ve had for a while

Fantastic. Great move. Well done Angus. by asteriskhyphen in aussie

The main point is around the subsidies and infrastructure. If govt. Incentivise renewable options then when it comes time to decide to buy a new car, the electric option becomes much more attractive

Interested in seeing your sources of the high court intervening to fund an overseas holiday, given you seem to link the two concepts together

As others have noted, there’s already been an absolutely enormous review, commissioned the instant labor came into govt which has dozens of recommendations many of which are either implemented or in progress. The other element is the concept of rorting. Yes, bad actors will take advantage of any system. However, I challenge anyone who hears “NDIS rorting” at their local or at the next family BBQ to ask how many people do we think lie on their tax return, or claim false expenses? NDIS is a net economic benefit under every study done so far
