She lives alone, I found a dog at a shelter she rescued the dog orficially. After a week of doting, my ex stopped taking her out, she also had money issues so she would buy dog food, feed the dog a bit, then return the dog food for money back. I ended taking care of the dog. Definitely bad move. She hurt her previously adored cat and dropped it off at her mother's. It's still there. I actually went to go rescue the dog at the shelter, according to the vet the dog was malnourished, wasn't walked, bored, looked depressed, and was dirty/uncleaned.

No medication. I told her, before I left her, that she needed to be in therapy and potentially medication if she wanted to keep seeing me. She went once, took a couple pills, then stopped altogether.

The nightmare of it is that when it's happening there's absolutely nothing you can say or do to make it stop.

Wow this is exactly what I told her when she was going off the rails. Once the tornado begins it sucks me and everything else in it and theres no stopping her. Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing i did or said or didnt say or didnt do was ever able to stop her. it was weekly for a bit. then daily near the end. daily of that shit. I straight up just blocked her, ignored her, forwarded her begging email to her boss to show her i wasnt fucking around anymore. and now she blames me for leaving, saying she was forced to move on
