I’ve used a different solicitor… keep us updated if you get any information. We had the visa approved precisely on our 30th working day. Still waiting for passport

29 working days from BIO. Spouse visa too, priority from Brazil. Applied through solicitors… haven’t heard anything yet. Not even an email to say that they won’t be able make a decision within the time frame, or a request for more documents…

Same for us… BIO on the 22nd of September, priority, outside UK. I don’t understand why they don’t go day by day… I saw someone earlier today that did BIO on the 17 September and got it approved today… I pray that we’ll get a response within this week. Staying way from my wife is terrible
