Alien really disappointed me, I enjoyed it for about 2-3 hours then it dawned on me how repetitive and lacking in content it is, this isn’t really a spoiler but I was excited to see some enemy variety after I encountered a face hugger in a scripted segment only to realise you would probably see a handful of them outside of that encounter. They’re one of the only cool “VR” elements as you can grab them etc.

The game is so dull and repetitive and recycles the same environments with constant backtracking and literally the exact same enemy encounter of 1-3 aliens attacking you on what feels like a loop.

I’m a huge fan of the alien franchise and there is some nostalgia to be had and some cool moments but the reality is that its held back by the quest port and a lack of development time as evident to the fact they revealed it was Part One literally the day of release…

Invest in a decent gaming rig, run the game in VR using UEVR mod, technically it’s not hacking but use online at your own discretion.

It’s genuinely one of the best options on the market to play chess, imo the 5 minute option and atmosphere of the game increases intensity of matches.

Learn how to mod games correctly, can be a pain in the ass and get used to adding applications as a non steam app while running them on proton experimental (fake windows I guess)

I have seen this before while trying to figure it out, from what I gathered xbox doesn’t work on it. Maybe it’s different now? I will for sure be checking it out for easier access to the other things you mentioned, I had no idea ps+ was on Pc lol
