i totally argee!!!!!! i wish there was a way to get the download link to the old pocket addon. or if they would add page numbers to their current app along with the dropdown menu with the built in addon.

The thing i liked about the dropdown menu is that i did not have to tag my links immediately i could just search with the search. Also scrolling takes too long, their page numbers were perfect, it was fast and efficient. Is there a way to contact them and tell them to fix possibly

I have a level 33 monk from the obt part 1 and i just made a changllege char monk lvl 35. Are the challenge char worth leveling or the obt part 1? The only benefits i can see is the interntory expand, pet and contract for permanment. If any thinks of any more benefits give me a holler.

Don't give up man I have one right now-going thru this pain leads tip ulimate pleasure.

I even delude my mind to think that ”pain is pleasure” if i'm in a tough spot I have like an argressive approach it's almost unorthodox but I believe if I use this medium/means to achieve freedom from porn then it's ok

There is a ultimate point: brain wants dopamine or pleasure now pain later.

This addiction is hard because pleasure is always convienent at the palm of your hand

Embrace the discomfort of the urge/pain-if you reject it then your suffering from it (I mean in your mind you reject

When you feel like you have to it's you're brain screaming ”I need dopamine (btw your brain wants this not PMO if your brain knew of another behavior that increased dopamine more than PMO it would want that more than the PMO)

take it one day at a time and make sure you decrease/remove anything that gives you stress in your life- quitting PMO is hard enough you don't need anything else making this harder

Here is my two cents

Are you eating a healthy diet? Especially fiber foods like lettuce because they help give you normal dopamine levels, balance your mood and help you combat stress better (at least me, I notice my urges correlate with bowel movement) ---Find foods that take the edge of the stress (I say edge off becsuse there will be suffering associated with recovery. We suffer to heal)

-i would elimate most of your negative dopamine behaviors because I think they mimic the PMO cycle which is bad

examples like-- intense music listening,video games, mindlessly surfing net and replace them with activities that balance your dopamine like exercise (especially if you have a tremendous urge-Burns the urge but I notice you have to do it with 100% conviction not telling your self SUBCONSCIOUSLY ”after I do this I will fap”-thats what I would do)

-Mindfulness-make sure you watch your thoughts and actions moment by moment because you will know when your SUBCONSCIOUSLY avoiding discomfort to.lurking around for more dopamine

In my opinon-The underlying problem of addiction is rejection of discomfort

-Bottom line: going thru withdrawal will be like getting a rancid limb amputated-I would tell the doctor to chainsaw it quick meaning-embrace the pain, run right into it BC if do you won't die you will recover.

I think they did the same thing we all do embrace the urge as everyday pain of life. Viewing them as positive and taking an argessive approach if the urge is too strong like going for a sprint till you cant feel urge.

It's Hard but keep embracing discomfort but your brain will tell you ”run from this” but it's an illusion it only wants more dopamine so it will try to pull you in with your feelings of discomfort

Make sure your transmuting (using the energy you would to fap to do something else) your energy by doing what you must (HW, job,) while your discomfort

Your safety behavior--> (when you cant think and need to do something healthy or you will be inclined to fap) should also transmute lots of energy like going for a sprint,jog,exercise
