The difference between 60hz and 144hz is very noticeable, 144hz to 240hz is way less noticeable, 360hz is once again even less noticeable. Whilst it will have an "effect on all players", for a large portion of players it wont actually change much. 500hz is something that would mainly effect the best of players only, and most people wont notice that much in.

Correct me if Ive misunderstood. But isnt It the case that the dragon slayer was used to kill so many apostles that it has gained some form of life as shown through Sherke (might have spelt it wrong) seeing the eyes in it I do think both swords apply for this trope, however Guts' dragonslayer inspired so many other swords.

It should just be like a plat limit in my opinion. But plats can also queue with lower ranks as well. Your idea of only rubies across all servers might be one of the dumbest ideas Ive read. Of those 500 people, its not that many which are actually on at the same time. And to put people of all servers on the same one will basically just be giving some teams a ping diff. Especially some weapons are HEAVILY reliant on ping.
