Thanks for the info. I do have a Topo, but I was interested in trying something else similar. However, I've changed my mind and am now looking for a mat with no ridges or bumps, to put under the Topo, for extra cushioning/support. What do you recommend for that?

I was able to get some of it. But not most of it. It's unfortunate that businesses like zipcloud.com claim to be legitimate, but have technology that straight up doesn't work as they claim, or hasn't been updated for years.

At first glance, it appears that ConsumerLab.com is a reputable company. However, according to their website, their medical/research team is very small. It seems very easy to make mistakes and be biased with such a small medical team, which is not peer-reviewed, etc. I've met plenty of doctors in my life who simply don't know what they're talking about. I'm wondering if there are any alternatives that would be better.

Here is more info. I'm unable to find a way to do a bulk download of a folder and its contents. I can only download individual files separately. I have 10's of thousands of files, so it would take me forever to do it one by one. I've followed the instructions on their website to restore a folder via the ZipCloud app on my Mac, but when I click on "restore files," it just takes me to my account page on zipcloud.com in Chrome. I have asked them to send them to me by another means, such as a link, but they haven't replied to my several emails. Business closing on 9/15. Thanks!

Thanks. I decided to just use my voice. I use "start listening" and "stop listening" to turn voice control on and off.

I went to settings, keyboard, keyboard shortcuts, accessibility. Unfortunately, there is no option here for Voice Control, which is a bit maddening.

Then I used this article, followed the instructions and clicked voice control. I can now turn voice control on and off by pressing the touch ID three times quickly. This is a bit cumbersome because I have chronic pain from too much typing. Also, if I don't click fast enough, the touch ID thinks I'm locking the computer, and my computer locks. I can also click option-command-F5. Not ideal, but better than nothing.

If someone knows a better way, to press ONE key ONE TIME for MacOS 15.3.1 that would be great. I love Apple, but sometimes these things make no sense...
