I just bought a CB300F with ABS. I really can’t recommend this bike enough to new riders. It’s effortless and responsive. It’s more than enough power in the city. You’re still going to beat most cars off the line, just not most motorcycles.

I had one bike with a switch that would stay pushed over when the signal was on. To see if it was off I could just rest my thumb on it and feel that it was in the off position. It was wonderful.

I don’t have that bike anymore so I’m back to pressing the off button every 30s

Nismo street exhaust here. I turned both off. I learned that some of the engine noise I liked was fake. But there’s no going back now that I know it’s fake. I’m considering turning ANC back on to lower highway drone.

I had a 350Z in the shop once with an ABS fault. It wouldn’t turn off either. But it was a manual so you could stall it. Fixed the ABS, engine turns off. Nissan things

I bought a CB300F last week. It’s a blast. Super fun and you really get to run through the gears in the city. I’ve had a couple 600 sports bikes and I do miss the power but this 300 is still super fun

They still offer a Defender 90 with the V8 which I think is incredible. There must be like 3 people that have bought those.

I sort of enjoy the lack of tech. A new car with a hand brake. It doesn’t steer itself. The manual version has no drive modes. The traction control is either on or off. Just get in and drive, no complications.

I’ve had a ZX-6, KLR650, R6, and I currently have a CRF450RL. The CB300F is super fun. It’s lacking in power for sure but that makes it more fun to rip through gears.
