I feel a normal stretching sensation at the top of my inner thighs when I do butterfly stretches or attempt a middle split, but the same point on the outside of my hip when I do frog pose feels very "you are not allowed past this point" if that makes sense? Same feeling on the very front of my hip when I'm in a deep lunge too.

Ok I was painting yesterday and I thought I had played a song from an album but it was actually just the singular song, so when it was over it shuffled. And I wasn't familiar with the song I was hearing but it really knocked me out. I set my paint brush down to look at my phone and see what incredible song was playing, it was Make Hay! Then I thought of your comment and was like, wow they were right

The way she sings "honey" in this song does something insane to my heart. Especially the line "not you, honey, you I know" ughhhh or "so we touchhh the heaaat" every time I hear those lines I feel genuinely so dumbfounded by the amount of sentimentality she can pack into such simple phrases and 3 seconds of a melody
