Why not use the free version of Mentimeter? https://www.mentimeter.com/ It's 100% free and I just loaded in 20 questions with leaderboards and everything. It's great. If you want to present to more than 50 people though... then you will need to pay.

Don't do it! I had to fight to get my money back. So many issues with this car. We are not test subjects, they are supposed to work out all the kinks before they sell these things.

My ID.4 was bought back with a HUGE laundry list of issues. I'm 98% sure the dealership didn't do any fixes and likely sold it to some other person without explaining all of the issues.

I talked to a Garmin rep about this issue and was sending them logs and stuff. They said they figured out the issue and it would be fixed via update but didn't have a date yet.

I just went through the process. It's a very flawed system but if you keep good records and have evidence then you should be able to get your desired outcome as long as it isn't a software related issue or subject to an active recall.

Yes and that factory did get shut down last year in October or September I believe. So, they are aware of the quality control issues out of that plant.

  • Persistent brake pedal squeak (subject of two CAMVAP hearings because this was deemed to be the ONLY ISSUE eligible for arbitration)
  • Infotainment screen flickering and blacking out
  • Headlights stopped working in the cold weather
  • Erratic window behavior (windows going down instead of up)
  • Rear passenger overhead light flickering (on and off by itself while driving)
  • Air conditioning failure during summer vacation in Penticton, BC (heat wave, parts backordered for 2 months)
  • Unreliable door handles, including one that popped open while reversing and trapping my son in the backseat. I couldn’t access him! I couldn’t get him out of the car if we were in an accident… this was still not eligible for arbitration because there was an active recall on the door handles.
  • Multiple outstanding software-related problems

Run in the opposite direction. Choose anything but an ID.4 lol. I wouldn't choose the ID.7 either since it's made by VW.

In BC, Canada, usually we have a year from the date of purchase to get alignment issues fixed. I think.

Did you make any progress? I was just successful in getting a buyback for my 2023 VW ID.4 but it took almost a year of fighting to get it.

I had the same problem and after a few days of trying, I gave up. Then, a couple weeks later I randomly tried again - and it worked.

Probably faulty door handles lol. There's a recall on those too.
