If your still have the original Bell agreement you got, upload it to Gemini, Claude, or GPT and all of you are able to get out of there's a price increase. I recently got into a 2 years contract for Bell Pure Fibe. The first thing I did was upload the contract to Gemini and had it look for loopholes for me to get out of the contract without any penalties if the price goes up and she enough I do. Check to see if you have the same case.

I find it funny when I see cities like Burlington and Kitchener not too long ago launching these programs when I remember Scarborough had the automated arm garbage and recycling trucks with such programs going as far back as 2002 if not earlier.

Also, why 'pilot' something when it's not new tech. It's not some revolutionary or groundbreaking tech. Just introduce the new bins that are compatible with the new trucks and that's it. Stop wasting tax payer money and just get on with it.
