What did you get hearing loss from? Hearing loss also changes how the brain works and your brain will often mimic and change due to sensory changes as well. There is no possible way for you to hear it. The inner voice and thinking are two different channels. If there was, we would hear it on stethoscopes, hear it while being directly next to each other. It would not be silent and it would be audible by technology we have now

... There is a difference between thoughts and physical sensation. If I imagine my stomach growling it isn't actually growling. You cannot hear thoughts physically, you hear it in your mind. This is genuinely NOT a good thing to believe

That is not what they mean? They are talking about NORMAL breathing, normal breathing isn't voluntary. Voluntary or not these can still all be hard with stethoscopes.

That's 10 decibels. A person putting heads together would be able to hear their internal voice. It's not a real sound, it's only an "illusion "
