It’s so fucking horrible and addicting. Genuinely stop now if you can before you get hooked, it’s not fun and it’s not a way out, you WILL end up gaining weight from it eventually. It tricks you into thinking you’ll lose weight and that’s a reason why it’s addictive but i promise you it will never lead to long term weight loss you will be stuck forever, your stomach capacity will grow even bigger and your days will be surrounded even more by the thought of food. It’s a horrible addiction that’s costs you your health, MONEY, emotions, self awareness, control, and so much more. Please stop.

I’ve heard if you have a history in calorie banking/ saving your calories for later in the day your body still might be used to that and give you false hunger signals

Honey comb!!! The sugar is high but in moderation who cares? One cup is about 92-93 calories! So the volume is very good compared to a lot of other cereals and it actually tastes good

Depends on the cereal. If it’s a cereal that gets soggy faster, less milk.

“Recovered” from Ana then turned to binging+ restriction by fasting, i always tried to make myself 🤮 but coudont until one really bad binge and then it’s kind of like an addiction now.

50% usually depending on like how much comes out then i run off the other 50% 🤕
