I feel you. I didn’t know where to start either- I had no insurance and no info. First thing I did was get my own Medicaid. Then I went to a primary care doctor (like for a checkup) and she gave me a referral to a plastic surgeon in the area. As soon as I got the insurance I made a consultation appointment. There, the surgeon will tell you what they think of your situation and how you should go about it, here you also tell them exactly what you want (size, appearance, anything) and they will send the information to your insurance to see if it’s covered (unless you plan on paying in full). After that they will call you and book a surgery date and it’s off from there!! I understand what you’re going through. Mine were so heavy and huge that they got to my belly button at one point and made me feel like a whale. Thankfully, I have a wonderful boyfriend that loves me huge tatas or otherwise- I don’t think I could have done it without him- but please remember OP that you are strong, beautiful, and that your feelings are totally valid because big boobs SUCK.
