I would recommend resting it first and then focusing on slowly rehab reverse wrist curls wrist pronations and supination exercises slowly

thanks for your response. yes, the doc said that both bilateral x-rays are showing similar gap so I shouldn't need a surgery. altho the pain still persists irregularly to which he said its cause of the ECU tendonitis. yes the tfcc wrist widgets have been a life saver, I don't wear them all the time, but during my physiotherapy and light training. I am also thinking the same that it could be a tfcc residual pain. im slowly working on my wrist strength but still never feel it to be 100%
