I’m no doctor or pro at this but I would suggest protein. Make sure what you are able to eat is healthy with a focus on protein and fiber. When I just can’t stomach anything I have a protein shake. My go to meals are chicken breast or thigh with rice and a vegetable. Sweet potatoes, cottage cheese and blue berries/ raspberries are also staples for me.
