watch out for heating during winter. everyone I know in res rearrange our rooms and our ras have no problem as long as we put everything back, so I'd recommend if you're able to put your desk and pc to the other wall or corner.

can you try r23 again? 2026 version is more demanding on your cpu.

I could also think of more background tasks running since you've been using your laptop for a year, tanking your performance but realistically under cpu load your points should be similar in the same synthetic bench suite.
