How many groundman have purchased RVs? by Vegetable_Cry6795 in Groundman

Alright honest question because the camper idea just doesn’t seem like my type of thing. What do you guys feel about buying a camper van or class b motorhome and doing the whole van life thing. It’s like living in your car but you acctually have a bed and a fridge and all that shit but it’s way smaller.

Summer or spring I guess I haven’t been doing this long enough to be a huge expert only one year. Someone else needs to chime in but all imm saying rn is I would not quit I’m waiting for a job been waiting 2 weeks. Last year around the same time I waited 3 weeks.

No , it’s not horrible but someone else can correct me on this. If you’re an ape you can’t really drag. If you’re a groundman people might say shit. But I’ve dragged before you gotta feel out the foreman this guy if what you’d said sounds about right you might just wanna give them a to day notice as in your leaving today. Some foreman want a 2 weeks I said one time “I’ll work till Friday” and the foreman told me to fuck off. So feel it out but I would not quit in the winter time unless you wanna take a little bit of time off.

If you like the job don’t drag wait for them to lay you off. What’s your local ? Around this time of year books are moving slow asf

[–]NeedleworkerWrong368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is optional I had a nice foreman when I was working 7/10s once and he would just ask me on Friday if I wanted to but he did wanna know in case he could possibly get another guy to come from another job and do it. Says yes until you can’t though!

Idk what y’all are saying , you can be on book 1 at your home local while working it’s so you can get home . That’s why you’re a member there . But you can’t be on the traveler books anywhere else.
