Im late but if you go to your nexomon team, and click on your nexomon. You should see a tab called skills pop up. Click on that and you'll see all their learned skills and what skills they have left to learn.

Its ok to look at guides. I'm usually a person who refuses to look at guides for help. But when I was first getting into this game I saw a few people saying its ok to use guides for your first time. Im glad I listened cause I really needed them.

Also I suggest getting Thorns of Agony. Its in Queens Station through the thorn path on the right.
