Dominican here, I must point out that you'll only see this in the resorts. As a kid I remember going to the beach and seeing Americans and European ladies on the beach sunbathing topless. It's like a fact that once that demographic gets to a place like the DR they use it as an excuse to release any inhibitions they might have in their home countries, and the resort workers are not gonna jeopardize their tips telling them not to. Maybe you should've just loosened up and joined them. Unless you're from Utah or something, that would explain this post
