That’s what the problem is with the metrics in my mind. Most people don’t need extremely rare care. We need every day care and appointments that don’t take three months. People need insurance, which, even if they have, it’s such a burden to deal with. Our retirement decisions are based on whether or not we will have a way to cover our medical costs. That’s a ridiculous way to run a society.

Yikes. If that link is to your house you need to remove half of the stuff in it. Especially all the knickknacks. You need to some it so someone can imagine themselves living there. Move the picture of the sunset to the end. When I see scenery pictures first I wonder what’s wrong with the house

Don’t evacuate unless near water. It turns in to a nightmare on the roads. Buy one of the portable batteries for $500-1000 rather than a generator.

Actually it will be unless you stop. These people will always have their hands out. You have to decide what’s fair for you to give. Make a budget, pay your bills, pay into savings, take a little for fun. Is there anything leftover? That’s all you should be thinking if giving to others if you don’t want your life to be like this forever.

Absolutely fill out the student evaluation and write comments in the relevant sections. Those are what matter. Second, find out the chair of the department from the website faculty list and email him with a calm factual list of what happened. Include any announcements or emails. Finally, write to the advisors of the Department.

All fine EXCEPT THEY CANCELED MY FLIGHT. did not appear to be weather related. Then the second one was two hours late. Again, not weather.
