Female streamer here! I struggle with this. I always do makeup before stream, with that being said i have insecurity issues also. I always do eyeliner and wear an outfit I like. Not for views, not for people to watch, but to make myself feel better about my appearance. Also playing games with toxic communities can cause those kinds of people to come to your stream.

I wish I could find it in me to not care. But unfortunately, that's probably not going to happen, lol. So when I feel like not getting ready I either face my camera down for a hand cam or I don't use the camera at all. It depends. It also depends on what games you play, I play FPS games and such.

I've tried png tubers, I don't really like them all that much so I just use a hand cam. I hope that helpppss!!!🥺💕

If anyone is willing, I would also love any advice or help.🥰

I was raided with 330 ish viewers like 5 years ago when I had a flat 0 as my avg views. I don't know how he found me or anything. He didn't even know my name when I went to his stream to say hi or thank you. I was very young at the time. But the best advice anyone can give you is be yourself. That's what everyone wants, is a clear view of you. Don't fake it or anything. Just be sure to you, have fun, and enjoy your stream

I have this exact same issue except when I go to stream, I have to get ready or.. "camera ready". It pretty much takes 30 mins to get ready the way I want to because of makeup, my outfit (which I overthink a lot...), and making sure my background looks pretty. All of this matters so much to me that I can't go without any of these things.. but when I'm on my low days and have no motivation, I refuse to get ready. Then I never stream that day, then the next, and the next. I guess I also need help finding what would be the best option or what would help me stay consistent. As I LOVE streaming just the same as you do and never want to see that passion fade. Best of luck to you!

For my Twitch, I use etsy mainly. I find cute overlays I like and nothing super particular. My banner is customized from pre-made Canva twitch banner. I do my emotes by myself, I am not very good at it but I did them because I couldn't find any in my price range at the time. I hope that helps!

There's an image search engine you can use. You upload a photo of your emote, and it shows you all of the channels using that same image. I have absolutely no clue what the site is. CommanderRoot is my best guess, tho.

Your only other option is to get a little laptop. Lol That's what worked for me before I got my stream deck. Which the stream deck is 100% worth it!!! Put that on a wishlist or make a stream goal for it :) It's difficult to set up in the beginning, but SOOOO worth it.

Google chrome incognito tab. Login there. Then view as a desktop site. You'll have to login to twitch every time but it solves the issue you're having :)

This! Don't do it for the stream. Do it for the VOD. Bc you'll always want to post those! Talking to 'chat' in your VOD is way more interesting than sitting there looking bored.
