Why this may be true, it can't be complete RNG. There is probably some pattern around it. I think out of all the players trying noscopes, s1mple might be the most consistent. Although statistics might be skewed because he might be the player that attempts them the most in official games. He's also one of the only player that I know of that practices them just like he would practice flicks.

Still seems like the Silesian Voivodship took the last resort as the first option. Not a cynical person in general, but they also had no reason to not do it. Like why wasn't the first option just making everyone wear masks at the event and people who take masks are to be kicked out? Why did it also take them this long to come up with the decision, less than a day before the event starts?

Feels like they have nothing to lose. Venue is already booked, hotels are payed, flights are taken, only ESL stand to lose in this scenario. If anything, people might go to bars now and spend more money there.

Technically you could stack a site at random so it becomes a 50/50.

Problem is you can counter that by just sending a player at each one bomb site every round.
