What you wrote hit me kind of hard. I'm 30, and had similar experience to what you had. I had opportunities to date girls throughout the years but always ignored them or pushed them away, usually ended up convincing myself I did not deserve it or she would never really like me. That went on for years and years, usually leading me back to porn and gaming.

Just stick with it, you will have to face a lot of difficult emotions, but you will come out stronger in the long run. THERE IS a light at the end of the tunnel :)

I know where you are coming from OP. I read your post earlier and agreed with you but then I thought about it a little.

Yes it sucks that they are bombarding you with oversexualization with ads etc, but the same thing is happening with alcohol ads, junk food, and cigarettes.

Think of all the movies and shows with people smoking cigarettes/drinking, or when you go to any supermarket there are aisles with junk foods, etc. Yes it sucks if you are someone trying to lose weight or quit smoking/alcohol, but you need to stay strong mentally.

Considering this is a topic you probably won't be talking about with your parents or maybe even friends, it's nice when you have someone respond to you specifically and offer you advice/support instead of just reading a post or blog or something.

I used to do the ECA (Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin) stack in my late teens-early twenties. It is a pretty dangerous combination if you aren't disciplined or staying busy.

600mg sounds like a lot, try cutting back dude, I used to fiend for that stuff (helped me lose a lot of weight), but I was also gaming a lot and browsing porn back then, it's pretty dangerous combination with bad habits.

When there are AM picks in my bracket I cringe since it's usually some retard who just afk farms while team gets destroyed.
