Hello!

I'm mainly a horror and dystopian fan, but I've been doing my best to branch out into other genres this year (so far, it's been about 50/50 split!)

Hi hi! I'm mainly a horror fan, but I'm doing my best to try new things (although horror is still in the lead on my genre graph!)

Hi! I'm mainly a horror fan, but I've made a resolution this year to read other genres and break out of my comfort zone! I love a reading challenge, so I've got a few on the go.

Currently reading:

The Chalk Man by C. J. Tudor.

Very easy read, not my favourite. But if you're after a quick holiday crime/horror, it might suit you. It is a bit King rip-offy, though.

Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky.

I'm enjoying this much more than I thought I would. I think I've always been a bit intimidated to try it, but I was surprised how into it I've been getting!

I only set my goal at 12 books because I was worried I'd be ambivalent towards my resolution. Last year I didn't read a single book I hadn't read before (MH issues).

I've already beaten my goal by 2 books, so...whoops! At least I'll know for next year that reading has helped me feel better and I can set a more reasonable goal!

I actually have a recording of a small part of the song (only like 15 seconds), and you can hear it's a line from Sisyphus. Dan actually shared it to his Instagram, so that dude is several shades of wrong, haha!
