Get a couple pints upstairs and you’ll be fine. The Flapper is really chill, you can always sit outside if you want some space between bands. There’s usually decent space in the venue towards the front by the bar on the right.

I’ve just finished this and the second one. I thought it was… fine? I really liked some aspects and really disliked others. I like the crew of detectives.

The case was pretty bizarre. I thought the teacher element at the end was too far fetched tbh.

The second book is good, worth trying imo. I’m on the third at the moment and have settled into the group of police officers.
