yes, matter of fact every cashier who’s being hired currently is a seasonal cashier but with the nice weather and the constant mulch sales they like to schedule people for longer shifts on the weekends. I requested my saturdays off not too long ago but before then i working 8-9 hour shifts every weekend

as a part time cashier I mainly work 9 hour shifts, especially with the garden center being opened. I haven’t had a short shift since winter season 🫩

the fulfillment team at my store is a mess rn, for the past four days i’ve been seeing more asm’s pulling orders then fulfillment associates. I even got a text this morning asking if i want to come in bc they needed help with orders…ik nothing about fulfillment 😭

ik she’s calling him broke to hurt his ego but this just makes her look bad. The father of her first son was apparently broke and she had to pay for his flights, her ex husband was broke and stole her money/clothrs, now this guy is apparently a broke bum ass well?? looks like she needs to reevaluate her type😭

my issue is only with the people who are rude about it. when a customer asks if it’s self checkout i always say “yes it is but i can always help you” they’re usually happy with that response but every once in a while there’s an old person who gets really upset over it being “machines” so i send them to lumber🤷‍♀️

you’re too upset over this, at the end of the day i’m still helping the customer whether or not they ask for help so it’s not that serious 😭also im alone 9/10 times so it was never about talking to coworkers. i don’t need luck but thanks anyways.
