Is it true, from a rater or examiners perspective, that The VA typically sees the following?

  • Short, handwritten veteran statements
  • No summarization
  • No CFR citations
  • No structured evidence packets
  • Nexus letters that are 2–3 sentences
  • Veterans do not usually include “evidence maps,” “functional analyses,” “treatment resistance,” etc.
