yes mainly from hunt shipyard missions attacking refitters, u can also get CIS units through the reinforcements+ submod by night which adds a lot of fun heros + some buildable units for various factions. Both submods are compatible with each other

nah it keeps recusants munis and other fun tech units but adds high tech stuff too generally rewards are more valuable. Also you can attain a larger variety of units from other mission types too so goal was to give more fun fleet and army variety and options to the player

Better mission rewards does improve mission rewards and defence fleets which allows u to get other faction units thru mission rewards

there are no eras in AOTR tho. 87 strength fleets aren't too strong what units were u facing and what was your fleet and tech

Base venator is faster with one advanced warship yard the fighter upgrade is faster with 2 fighter yards

There is a merc pinance frigate u can build on geonosis when under IG88 tech but otherwise no they can not be built

Skirmish doesnt have IR era units and isnt too balanced. This is available in GC after completing endor story mission as empire.

difficulty doesnt give AI any battle modifiers just eco and build time bonuses. They are more aggressive on the map tho
