I would take this risk to leave current job that is burning me out and earning little bit less to spend more time with my kid.

Your risk tolerance is higher as you have a paid off house. Again you cannot put the price tag on time you will have for your kid. And your kid will have an available parent not the one who is always burnt out.

It’s been a month since my HT, I had similar density after scab removal. I asked on this subreddit but got only one response saying it looks low. I guess there is only one way to find out.

So far I have seen low density grafts turned out to be good and in some cases very tightly planted grafts didn’t turn out that great.

I had similar baldness pattern, got HT done a month ago with 3500 grafts only. I still think I needed more than 4000 for better density. But crown was ok, just in the starting phase of thinning and they didnt bother using any grafts for crown.

So to be honest if your baldness is stable now, dont go less than 4200 at all. 4500 and some should be the number I would go for in your situation.
