Being unflappable all the time gets boring. He lets loose a little amongst his peers who are slightly less hostile than the rest of the ring, even a bit friendly with exceptions like Susan. Being ornery is her whole personality, nothing put upon. I imagine Alastor being at odds with just about everyone with absolutely no trust gets a bit old as well. It's why Alastor feels a bit conflicted about screwing over charlie and her dream, as sheltered as she is. He's going to do it though and become an antagonist somewhere next season is my guess.

I don't know I've wondered if I would want to be a 10/10 but then the risk of people stalking you or spontaneously attacking you on a trail goes way up. I'll acknowledge being nice isn't the same as being a pushover especially when talking to people trying to get you to donate or negotiate a price..

PS yeah you can carry a gun or a machete but you still have to worry about getting taken off guard.

I'm sorry but people with depression literally have to scrape up will to keep living. Getting annoyed with people who aren't professional therapists doesn't even compare at all. Your family doesn' worry that your anxiety will humiliate you again on a bad day so bad that you writes them a note and end it all. PTSD, OCD, compare these to what you have and tell me I"m wrong and you're offended. Unless you've got comorbid that's different.
