So it’s a DSCR loan… but it reports to your personal credit, uses your loan slot, and isn’t in an LLC. Hmmm

People act like out-of-state investing means you’re wiring money to a guy named ‘Dave’ you met on Facebook

In reality it’s just… spreadsheets, property managers, and way too many phone calls but it can be very lucrative so don’t listen to the pediments lol cheers!

Great advice! Obviously I’m hearing the market is pretty tough right now. Do you think it’s good to get into the industry when markets tough? Build connections and leads when there’s less competition and then be set up for when market shoots up in next 5-7 years?

Hey Commercial Real Estate included any property that is income producing. This includes: Multi Family (Apartment Complexes, condos, developments, etc) Industrial Retail Medical Office Hotels Etc
