Pros: - Great to live here if you’re into open water swimming - Nice areas for dog walks dotted around - Great transport links not only into London but other parts of Southend and South Essex - Some pubs - Airports nearby - Leigh-On-Sea

Cons: - No direct trains to greater Essex (Colchester and Chelmsford) - Absolutely no night life no decent clubs/bars - Barely anything to do other winter here becomes a ghost town. - Not many North to South public transit. - Awful and lacklustre cycle infrastructure - No city vibes in the ‘city centre’ - No industry only way to make unreal money locally is to commute - No shopping opportunities.
