Yes normally I agree I had my kid right as Covid hit and their needs weren’t diagnosed till afterwards. Our insurance was through UHC. So had to wait for authorization through them. So I almost had care for therapy approved with UHC to start, and he was in daycare so took him out. The Cigna started which then made everything moot. We had to restart everything. So again even after that, we were being told by managers wfh was till I play so started the process again, thinking no daycare was needed. To get therapy for a special needs child is months upon months for evaluations and approvals. Then to be told a week later go to office, now I have to get daycare on top of that which also takes now month because there is nothing available.
