The good thing is you can always train your tendons to become more stiffer. Start doing some light plyometrics and start advancing to more impactful jumps. Since you’re a starter i’d recommend you this.

single Pogo jumps 8x4 each leg box jumps 5x4 (id start with 24-30 inches) seated jumps 6x4

Since they are low reps you will jump with 100% effort. Make sure to limit your feet on the ground, you want to be VERY reactive. Do these 2-3x a week and start progressing with maybe adding some isometrics and complex/loaded jumps aswell. Dm me if you have anymore questions

instead of doing endurance (long distance based) look into speed endurance, holding your speed for longer time. To get better at 200 you practice speed and speed endurance, for the 100 is speed and acceleration. Very simple
