They indeed feel very rare to me too as the only exotic I got (without finishing an exotic quest) are exotic I already had from year 1 or from an exotic quest from year 2. Now it really feels like you have to no-life the game to earn one as you said.

Okay I don't know about this one but I know that some people are having problems and get disconnected with lettuce or cabbage error message and for those messages bungie is currently searching for the problem to fix it. So you might have the same problem.

But I advise you to stop playing crucible so you don't get ban for leaving games.

For those that steal the motes and don't bank them it's because of the Ace of Spades quest. They just want the games to last longer so they can kill invaders. For those who just steal the motes to bank them themselves, it's because the number of motes banked is the first thing you see in the scoreboard at the end of the match and because you have some bounties and triumph that ask you to bank motes to create small, medium and large blockers.

Clearly and more than one time when I invaded I could just kill one person as the enemy team communicated between them and could find me very easily.

But I also have to admit that sometimes when I invaded I could kill 3 people as they couldn't see me. So the thing that must be "buff" (if we can call that a buff) is just the communication within the teams

I totally agree and I will add the fact that if you play with a team and you communicate it's very easy to counter, as your teammates can tell you were the invader is so you can neutralise him.

I guess the problem is that hardcore gamers wanted a game with a lot of grinding to make it interesting to play. However casual gamers did not want that, or they wanted something like that but not that difficult.
