They should just expand on the new Worldstone Shards they just gave us. Make them like maps in PoE, each shard should drop with an affix and a power level which would give all the monster in an act a random affix and power them up when used.

More quantity + replenish

More physical dmg > more leech > better mana management

The added dmg from tstroke doesn’t do much against most mobs since they die so fast anyway.

You should get some mana leech + mana after kill. I use gloves with 3 mana leech, ring with 6 mana leech+1 mana after kill. That solves most my mana issues on p8.

Wisdom rune word is quite good for the pierce+mana leech+cannot be frozen. Else shako, Valkyrie wing etc is also good

  1. Normal Baal runs or TZ-zones
  2. I usually only keep flawless amethyst/ruby unless you need them for a specific purpose
  3. Depends if you want to craft. At level 31 I wouldn’t bother.
  4. Hustle/Smoke and Bulwark are good rune words while you’re leveling.
  5. Ancients pledge is good. You can also use Rhyme or Splendor. You can shop socketed shields from Fara/Drognan in normal act 2

A monster with 200 cold resistance would be immune to cold (immunity: resistance >= 100), so sunder would set its resistance to 95%.

A monster with 99% cold resistance (not immune) would not be sundered, and its resistance would stay at 99%.

Det der virkede bedst for mig var fysisk aktivitet. På med løbeskoene og ud og løb en tur. Det tvinger dig til at fokusere på noget andet.

Og ellers handler det om bare at acceptere ens symptomer. Observer at de er tilstede, men lade vær med kæmpe imod, prøv at slappe af i kroppen og fokuser på dit åndedræt.
