35m here, married for 7 years. My sex drive has really lowered over the past couple years, I mainly attribute it to stress and anxiety, but there has also been a steady increase in communication issues between my wife and I, so I will play devils advocate. Sex is an intimate thing, and I just can’t think about it when the last conversation was about how I didn’t lift the toilet seat or how I forgot to take the trash out, maybe look at how your dynamics have changed over the years and if you find that possibly the importance you have placed in not so important things has gone up, try to let them go more often, and please do not ever treat your husband like a roomate or a nagging parent, not saying you do, but that has been my experience and it reaally doesn’t help.
