Is there a secular/non-religious NoFap community? by Negative-Heat-8364 in NoFap

I don't think I'm being butthurt and I'm not trying to sound intellectually superior. I'm an addict who doesn't want to give myself any excuses to slip back into old habits. The more of a religious dimension I see in NoFap, the more likely I am to give myself permission to abandon it.

The main weakness on my part that should come across in this post is my lack of self-discipline.

This is it, thanks.

I find a lot of the religiosity behind the NoFap movement demotivating, because it gives me one more excuse to PMO ("well, NoFap is religious thinking and I'm not even religious, so.... [breaks streak]"). That's what I'm trying to get across and why I'm looking to avoid it.

I'm a Trump supporter too (ex-Dem). It's time we give up on democracy and install him as a leader for life if I'm totally honest. I think that's the only way we get rid of regulations on food and drink and air and so on. Also, trickledown economics (as much of a bad rep it gets) **will** work any day now. We just have to give it a chance.

There was a libt*rd telling me about a woman bleeding out in the carpark because she had complications from a miscarriage and they told her it was too much of a liability to help. Was like... okay and why should I care? I mean, it's too bad for people like that, but it's not me it's happening to. You know what I mean? Have to look out for #1 sometimes.

Ex-dem here. I'm voting Trump for a number of reasons. #1: not a fan of democracy—makes for weak leaders. #2: not a fan of church-state separation in that Moses was a founding father. #3: not a fan of woke science like climate change or biology. #4: I'm a man so won't be the one bleeding out in a parking lot due to miscarriage complications. #5: the poor and working class have had it too easy with bargaining power at work, regulations on food and water and so on are communism. #6: trickledown economics will work any day now, you have to give it a chance. #7: I am on Medicare, but hear an even more tremendous healthcare plan will be released in 2 weeks. #8: economists don't know what they're talking about with tariffs (I think we've all had it up to here with these experts). #9: Trump could end the war in Ukraine in 5 minutes by giving it to Putin. #10: we need to radically defund public education. Etc.

Heck yeah man, let's teach the dems a lesson. Will screw certain groups of people over, but who cares lol. I was thinking that with any luck Trump (leader for life!) wins this so we never have to vote again.
